Conditions

You agree to pay required fees and any other applicable Fees, for the services you receive. Service fees are charged in advance before any service is delivered and no other invoices are required. All service fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable only in special circumstances where you cannot attend an appointment.

There will be no refunds or credits for partial use of the services, upgrade/downgrade refunds, nor refunds for services unused unless under special circumstances. Credits for booking sessions/services will not be refunded, including because of cancellation, however in special circumstances can be credited for future appointments.

Timely (our booking agent) does not accept any liability for cancellation of appointments. Customers are responsible for all Fees of any services purchased relating to our products until such time as our Terms and conditions are changed or updated on the website.

You are solely responsible for any liability resulting from your handling of your credit card information. You agree that you will comply with PCI DSS anytime the Services are used to process credit cards. You agree to only store credit card details in the secure credit card platforms provided by Timely (our booking agent) (e.g., Timely Pay or fields explicitly stating you can enter credit card details).
